With increasing number of courses there was a continuous need for new functionalities and features, and thus the dashboard was becoming a dumping ground without proper roadmap and hierarchy being followed.
Eventually students started feeling lost resulting in significant drop on our course completion rate and active time spent.
The problem was clear, and we were ready to bring in the solution.
