Expectations

Can you tell me a little about yourself and your background in writing?

How did you first hear about the TTT Community (our platform)?

What motivated you to join TTT's courses or community?

What types of courses or content (free or paid) have you engaged with on our app?

How would you describe your learning experience with TTT so far?

What kind of content (video, text, case studies, AI tools, practice exercises) do you find most helpful for improving your writing?

Were there any moments during your learning journey where you felt particularly motivated or frustrated? Can you describe them?

Have you applied for any jobs or freelance gigs through TTT? If yes, how was your experience?

What challenges, if any, do you face while finding or applying for writing gigs?

What could make the "earning" part of the platform more helpful or accessible for you?

What are your current goals as a writer?

How do you think TTT could better support you in achieving those goals?

Are there any types of courses, features, or job opportunities you wish were available on TTT?

Insights from Quantitative and Qualitative Research

Our course landing page's bounce rate increased to 85%

RoAS was 1.75, which is lower than the set target.

Students want a platform where they can not only learn, but can practice their learnings and help to get paid for their skills.

No first-hand opportunities to experience the offerings by us.

Very little organic marketing due to a lack of awareness.

Data collected from Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and user interviews with our alumni and current students.

Learn form the best with best resources

We made sure that our students don’t get stuck with a conventional learning path and can explore different ways of learning. With free and paid courses, we introduced short form case studies to stay updated with market insights

Practice what you have learned with real time feedback

The majority of upscaling stops at learning, with no practice methods to test the learning. Our students make their learning count by practising it with real-world problem statements and get instant feedback with the help of AI. They can also share their learnings with their peers

Earn from the learnings and practice you have done

Every learning has its end goal. We make sure that our students reach that end goal. We have 50+ exclusive hiring partners actively looking for fresh, creative minds. Also, we have a dedicated gig section to let our students earn extra income.
